Dear customers!
Due to the Corona crisis there are from now on some restrictions and
regulations. We have summarized them for you here in sequence.
We kindly ask you to take them into account when placing your orders.

As a result, the following regulations apply:

1. regulations for passenger transport / car rental

1.1 Conventional passenger transportation (cab, patient transportation, etc)

Transport capacity: full occupation is still possible. The “2-meter distance” contained in the regulation is included as a recommendation, but not as an obligation! In contrast to earlier regulations, a mandatory anchoring of distance obligations is dispensed with, as the alternative measures that are now in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (e.g. far-reaching FFP2 mask obligation) are effective.

Mask Requirement:
Passengers must still wear an FFP2 mask (since no 3-G detection applies).
Drivers must wear a mask when entering workplaces, unless physical contact with persons not living in the same household is excluded or the risk of infection can be minimized by other suitable protective measures. Other suitable protective measures include, in particular, technical protective measures such as the installation of partitions or Plexiglas walls.

Exceptions to the FFP2 mask requirement for passengers:
Children up to the completed sixth year of age – Children from the completed sixth to the completed 14th year of age may also wear a tight-fitting mechanical protective device covering the mouth and nose area.
Persons who cannot reasonably be expected to wear the FFP2 mask or MNS for health or disability reasons. However, this unreasonableness requires confirmation from a physician licensed in Austria in any case.

3-G obligation at the workplace: As of November 1, a 3-G obligation at the workplace will be introduced at all workplaces where physical contact with other persons cannot be ruled out. Drivers must provide proof of 3-G.

All our drivers have 2G proof
